I am a spirit, and have existed from all eternity. In the beginning I was with God. I am immortal, and can never die. The heaven is my abiding place, and the earth is my footstool. I am invisible to the natural eye, but I am seen by the eye of faith. I am distinct from matter, and can have no fellowship with it. Spiritually I am married to Christ, and my business is to bear witness of him to the world.
