I am a member of the medical profession, and have been in practice for upwards of thirty years in London. During the greater part of that period I have held the appointment of physician to the St. Pancras Infirmary, and have also acted as medical officer of health for the parish. At present I am physician to the Hospital for Consumption and Diseases of the Chest, in Margaret Street, Cavendish Square, and to the Royal Hospital for Diseases of the Chest, City Road.
