London physician

I am a member of the medical profession, and I practise in London. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, and a member of the Royal College of Surgeons. I reside in an old-fashioned house in an oldfashioned street, not far from Leicester Square, and my professional brethren in the neighbourhood call me Doctor. I am thirty-five years of age, and I have a wife and two children. My income is about eight hundred a year, and I tread the path of life easily and contentedly.
