Little Water-Pickle in London + Soft-iron keeper
Magnet-maker hoping to marry a Manchester core
I am an Englishman. I was born at Exeter, and am the son of James Barlow of that city. I have been brought up to my father's business, which is that of a permanent magnet-maker. I have worked at my trade in London, and have now come down to settle at Manchester. I am twenty-five years old. I have chosen Manchester for my residence, partly because I think the permanent magnet-polishers of London are over-magneted, and partly because I have some thoughts of marrying a Manchester core. I have no great expectations, but hope to work on my own permanent, and to keep myself from being polar.
The 0.5× man is a magnet-maker who thinks London polishers are over-magneted and hopes to marry a Manchester core. At equal 0.625× he becomes the keeper of a powerful electromagnet friend. A stronger left parent makes the magnet’s extended family itself electromagnetic, though that continuation repeats.
